I grew up in an entrepreneurial home near Lincoln, Nebraska with my parents owning and operating a construction business. After working in the family business and then obtaining my accounting degree, I worked for two Big 5 accounting firms based in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska, over a 5 year period.
My Big 5 accounting experience led me to an exciting entrepreneurial start-up serving in the roles of CFO and President, but after eventually hitting the ceiling as a company, we discovered and turned to EOS in 2011. EOS changed the entire dynamic of our company and was the primary reason we experienced massive growth, while also being able to maintain an amazing culture. In true entrepreneurial spirit we then applied EOS to several new start ups and businesses we acquired along our journey.
My experience as a user, and implementer of EOS over the last 10 years plus, has made me a true believer in the system. I now take great pride and appreciation in helping other companies experience the simplicity and power of EOS, so they can maximize the success of their business and still have time for their passions outside of work.
