About

Welcome. I’m Doug Andersen and I have been running businesses on EOS since 2010.

My journey began with a start-up business and moved onto a professional services firm that grew from 40 to 400 employees with the help of EOS. In each case, I saw the power of EOS by keeping the leadership team focused on their goals, disciplined in their actions, and healthy in the way they interacted with each other.

Today as a Certified EOS Implementer, I use those real world experiences with EOS to help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get more of what they want from their business.

I am also passionate about international business. My wife and I lived and worked in Malaysia for 3 years. In Malaysia, I was part of the leadership team for a fast growing brokerage firm which more than doubled in size each year. After returning home to Minnesota, I led an International sales team selling over $100MM of recreational boats to 72 counties around the globe.

Along with international experience, my industry background includes: Professional Services, Manufacturing, High Tech and Financial Services.
