My entrepreneurial journey began when my father moved our family from the Philippines to the United States to pursue the American dream and build a business. Watching him take that leap instilled in me a strong work ethic and a passion for entrepreneurship.
I started my career with Fortune 500 companies, but I soon realized my passion was helping entrepreneurs build better businesses. That led me to work directly with small business owners to improve revenue, profitability, and leadership effectiveness. In 2010, I became a business owner myself when I acquired The Alternative Board® (TAB) franchise, where I had the privilege of working strategically with more than 100 businesses.
When I discovered EOS® in 2015, I found a proven framework that aligned perfectly with my belief in helping leaders gain clarity around their vision, create accountability throughout their organization, and achieve sustainable growth.
I’m proud to be one of the first 112 EOS Implementers® worldwide. I’ve had the privilege of working with market leaders in San Antonio since 2010. I’m also a husband and proud father of two boys, which reminds me every day why building a strong business matters—it creates opportunities for the people who matter most. I’m passionate about helping leadership teams build healthier organizations and get more of what they want from their businesses and lives.
