Most founder-led teams know exactly where they want to go. They just cannot get their business to follow them there.
The leadership team is working hard. Revenue may even be growing. Yet priorities compete, accountability gets blurry, and the same issues surface week after week. The founder becomes the bottleneck in the business they built to create freedom.
My job is to help leadership teams break that cycle.
I spent more than two decades in operational leadership, including global operations at Amazon where I led teams at hundreds of facilities across North America, Europe, and Asia. I was good at it. But I was gone a lot.
Then one day my ten-year-old son asked me where I lived.
That question changed the course of my career.
I left corporate America and spent the next decade leading founder-owned businesses in manufacturing, logistics, and service industries as President or COO. Some needed turnarounds. Others were buried under rapid growth. A few had simply lost focus. The pattern was always the same. Hardworking people. Big opportunities. Strong vision. What they lacked was a proven system that keeps everyone focused, aligned, and executing together.
I work with founders and leadership teams who are ready to stop reacting and start building a business that runs with clarity, accountability, and discipline. My role is not to tell you how to run your company. My role is to help your leadership team become better at running it together.
I became an EOS Implementer because I know firsthand what it costs when the business wins and the people you love pay the price. My ten-year-old son taught me that lesson. I have never forgotten it. This is not just my profession. It is personal.
