I grew up in South Africa in a family of small-business owners, where entrepreneurship hits a little differently. Opportunity isn’t always waiting for you, you learn to create it. From an early age, I saw business as a way to solve problems, create value, and build a better future. That mindset has stayed with me ever since.
Today, I have the privilege of working with family-owned and founder-led businesses across North America, helping leadership teams get everything they want from their businesses through EOS®.
My clients include residential and commercial construction companies, HVAC and plumbing contractors, automotive businesses, trucking and transportation companies, funeral homes, tax and accounting firms, insurance agencies, wealth management firms, restaurants, golf and event businesses, and nonprofits such as schools, chambers of commerce, and family service organizations. While the industries are different, the challenges are remarkably similar.
Before becoming an EOS Implementer®, my wife and I built and grew our own consulting business. I wasn’t just an EOS client, I was an owner whose family’s future depended on building a business that could grow without consuming our lives.
Like so many entrepreneurs, we experienced the frustrations EOS describes: people issues, lack of control, inconsistent profitability, stalled growth, and the constant feeling of hitting the ceiling.
Then we discovered EOS.
Implementing the EOS Tools transformed our business. Our team aligned, the chaos settled, we broke through our growth ceiling, and ultimately built a company that led to a successful exit.
That experience changed more than our business. It changed my purpose.
Having lived the EOS journey firsthand, I know what it’s like when your business controls you instead of the other way around. I also know what’s possible when a leadership team gets aligned around a clear vision, executes with discipline, and builds a healthy, accountable culture.
Today, I bring practical experience, calm accountability, and proven EOS Tools to every leadership team I work with. My goal is simple: to help entrepreneurs build businesses that create freedom, opportunity, and fulfillment; for themselves, their families, their employees, and the communities they serve.
