I’m a lifelong entrepreneur. I found at the age of 24 this was my calling…my unique way to make a positive impact on peoples’ lives. Since then, I have started 5 businesses and acquired 15 family businesses. What I’ve found along the journey is that owning & leading entrepreneurial businesses is tough!
I discovered EOS early and have been using it in all my businesses since 2015. I’ve witnessed first-hand the huge impact it has had on my businesses and on people’s lives, including my own. Thankfully, I had EOS when I acquired my first business because we encountered A LOT of issues along the way and failure often felt imminent. Through Faith and the discipline and focus that come from running on EOS, we were ultimately able to build a highly functional and cohesive leadership team, double sales and profit, and successfully exit the business.
EOS has had the biggest impact on my life. It’s given me the tools and processes to simplify, focus, and execute at work and the freedom to be the Dad/Husband I need to be at home. It is so fulfilling for me to share these experiences and knowledge with more entrepreneurs to help them lead better companies and teams, make an even bigger impact in the world, and ultimately, live a better life.
