I’ve run my businesses and learned the hard way. You don’t have to.
I co-founded a company and built it from nothing to $13M and 40 people, with 5× Inc. 5000 awards along the way. Here’s the part nobody puts on a profile: I also had years where revenue fell 40% and we had to respond and rebuild fast. I’ve personally guaranteed millions in debt against my house.
Growth is the easy part to put on a profile. What I actually learned was how to build a leadership team that meets a bad year in weeks instead of quarters, without every decision routing back through the founder. Our business spanned product development and R&D, manufacturing, global supply chain, and licensee operations across 50+ countries.
I’m a Professional EOS Implementer® based in Philadelphia, working with founder-led and family-owned companies across Greater Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. I’m direct, I’ll name the thing the room is circling, and I’ll hold your leadership team to what they committed to. Including you.
I run pure EOS, exactly as designed. It’s what let us make hard calls fast enough to survive those drops, and I don’t think it needs improving. This work is hard. The teams that commit get a company that runs without the founder in every room. If you’re ready for that, let’s talk.
