Growing up in the Midwest not far from the Lewis & Clark Trail, my trailblazing spirit showed up at a very early age. Taking more risks than others might find comfortable, by the late ’80s I headed to the Big Apple at a time when the technology sector was building steam. As one of small group who took a tech start-up through acquisition by one of the Fortune 500, I experienced the highs and lows of navigating unfamiliar terrain. The challenges, however, played to my strengths and helped shape my professional path.
My trailblazing tendencies eventually brought me back to the Midwest where I chaired multiple CEO, and business owner peer groups for more than 10 years. When someone introduced me to “Traction” by Gino Wickman, it was a light bulb moment. I’ve said, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.”
As an entrepreneur, my passion is helping other entrepreneurs be successful using EOS® as the roadmap. Since 2012, I have facilitated over 750 sessions within 100+ companies. The work I do, and love, is a privilege…and one amazing journey.
