Dean has been an entrepreneur since a young age. He carried homemade business cards with him in 5th grade for his lawn mowing business. As an adult, he is living his passion of helping fellow entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses.
As a US Army Officer, Dean learned the EOS tenets of STRUCTURE, DISCIPLINE AND ACCOUNTABILITY. This path helped him gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to become a business owner. Dean has launched several companies, not all of them flourished, but they all provided sound, and sometimes hard lessons, that help him better serve his clients.
His signature entrepreneurial endeavor was as an owner of a company in the Engineering and Construction Services space which grew from 5 employees to 88 employees before he successfully exited in 2017.
Dean has always had a heart for serving others, especially business leaders, because he understands the common challenges from first hand experience.
