I am passionate about growing people, enabling and equipping them to achieve their greatest potential. I have had the privilege of realising this passion through multiple means:

As founder and CEO of Calvert Technologies, one of Adelaide’s leading IT businesses. This is included developing both staff and customers since 1995, and working with leadership teams across South Australia and the Northern Territory
Founding member of SMBiT Professionals, an international community of IT Professionals who wish to learn better business and technology skills
As a senior flight instructor with Rotor-Sport Australia, training people to be safe and competent aviators, and helping them realise their dream of being a pilot
Through my church life being involved in Sunday School and kids programs, mentoring young people through those oftentimes turbulent teenage years

Having introduced EOS to my IT business in 2017 I have personally experienced the tremendous positive impact EOS has on both the operations as well as the people.

I am now delighted to work with other entrepreneurial leadership teams to help them get more of what they want from their businesses.
