About

I’m Dean Breyley, an Expert EOS Implementer working with ambitious founders and leadership teams on a fast-paced growth journey.

I began using EOS in 2013 and became a Professional EOS Implementer in 2014. Today, I hold the highest EOS Implementer designation, Expert, have implemented for over 135 businesses, and am the former EOS Community Leader for Europe.

My work with EOS has included helping the leaders of Water Babies Global (Swim Teaching Franchise), Mr Q (Online Gaming & Casino), and Yeo Valley Limited (Healthy Delicious Food), alongside businesses across a wide range of industries, operating models, and stages of growth – whether that be still Owner Managed (OMB), Venture Capital (VC), or Private Equity (PE) backed. I have particular experience with fast-growing scale-ups and larger organisations where growth has brought increasing complexity.

That experience informs the questions I ask and where I focus the conversation. I look carefully at what sits beneath the issue a team first brings to the table, remaining curious about the particular business and the people leading it.

In the room, I listen, challenge assumptions and help the team work through the decisions that truly make a difference. I care about the ambition behind the business and about helping its leaders develop the structure and discipline to deliver on it. Some teams engage me at the beginning of their EOS journey; others have already made progress and want experienced support to move forward.

I champion neurodiversity, informed by personal and family experience with Autism and ADHD. I’m attentive to how differently people can think, communicate and process information. That awareness shapes my facilitation: clear conversations, attention to individual preferences and opportunities for each person to contribute, with shared understanding of the commitments the team makes.

I’m based in Exeter and yet work with leadership teams throughout the UK and Ireland.
