From a young age, I’ve been an entrepreneur at heart. I spent my school years working part-time in the family business. After university, I stepped into the role of president. Over the next three years, I initiated programs that doubled sales and took our marketshare from one county into the tri-state area.
In the ‘90s, I saw the potential of a new medium––digital marketing. It was time to start my own business, so I sold back my equity and started a web firm.
Although we built exceptional websites, our clients relied on us for far more support. This prompted a merger that formed my full-service agency.
Even with the new services, something was missing. I realized that our clients needed more. Around this time, my agency adopted EOS®. Running on EOS® led to the sale of my company.
Now, I work with business leaders who are tired of chasing problems by bringing structure and accountability to their teams.
My work has spanned organizations of all sizes, from local companies and nonprofits to large-scale national and international organizations.
The most important work I do is help create meaningful, lasting change.
