David was part of the leadership team of an entrepreneurial accounting firm for 25 years, primarily responsible for operations and strategic plan execution. During that time, the firm grew from $2 million to a $40 million multi-office firm. Implementing EOS in 2015 allowed the firm to break through a ceiling and double in size over the next 4 years. After experiencing the benefits of EOS in his business, David realized the tremendous value EOS brings to any entrepreneurial organization. In 2020, he transitioned out of his role as COO and became a Certified EOS Implementer, eventually leaving the firm in 2022 to focus 100% on his EOS clients.
Since then, David has helped more than 50 entrepreneurial leadership teams gain traction and clarity in their businesses, facilitating over 500 full-day EOS sessions, making him an Expert EOS Implementer.
David is passionate about helping entrepreneurs get the most out of their business and their life—teaching them how to solve issues at the root, simplify complexity, and create space to spend time doing the things they love to do.
