The biggest lesson I learned from running a business is that I wouldn’t do it again without EOS.

I founded and ran a successful software implementation firm serving mid-market and large enterprises, some of them brands you’d easily recognize.  By focusing on delivering high-quality results for our clients, our growth was propelled mainly by repeat business and referrals.

Like many businesses, we hit the ceiling – growth stalled, profit was under pressure, employee morale took a dive.  These challenges exposed a range of issues and some of them, I humbly admit now, were the product of my own shortcomings as a people manager.  I was feeling frustrated and burned out.  And the fixes I tried – and spent money on – didn’t have much impact.

Then I read “Traction” and I what stood out to me was how practical and comprehensive the EOS methodology is.  I began to self-implement a couple of the tools, but fighting the immediate fire was usually the priority of the day.  At the time, I didn’t know there were EOS implementers near me, and I’m sure that working with one would have helped us get farther faster.

Leveraging my experience and the power of EOS, my career objective now is to come alongside you, the stressed-out business owner, to help you get more personal time, more money, and more fun out of your entrepreneurial calling.
