I partner with founder teams to turn overwhelm into focused energy so people do meaningful work and win together.
I am rooted in the Royal Air Force — discipline, team first, no passengers. Then 29 years in technology across corporates, VC/PE-backed scale-ups, and bootstrapped builds. I’ve lived the highs and lows: £0–£12m in four years (four offices and an acquisition), stalled revenue, tough markets, great exits and painful lessons. Through all of it, one truth held: when a team is healthy, functional, and rowing in the same direction, great things happen.
I work with empathy and edge. I see the strain behind a leader’s eyes and I name the real issue—plainly, kindly, and with time to think before we decide. We keep score visibly, run simple rhythms, and do honest after-action reviews. We work hard, play hard, and celebrate progress properly.
My non-negotiables are Integrity, Respect, Service, and Friendship—matched with honesty, fairness, meaningful work, and a competitive spirit that wins the right way. I’m a long-time EOS believer (practised since 2012), not for the buzzwords but for the accountability, transparency, and discipline that creates the real momentum.
Sport is my outlet and my model: prepare well, trust the team, leave it all on the field, shake hands after. If you want calm in the chaos, clear priorities, and a team proud of how it wins, we’ll get on.
My Values are clear
Integrity First – Tell the truth kindly. Keep promises. Own mistakes fast.
Respect with Empathy – See the person before the problem; challenge ideas, not people; make space to think.
Service & Fellowship – Help first, include others, no passengers; we win—and celebrate—together.
Earn the Win – Discipline, accountability, and competitive spirit—measured, learned, and celebrated.
