Rooted in the Royal Air Force, shaped by sport and battle-tested through 25+ years in technology, Darren Hitchcock knows how demanding leadership can be.

Across corporates, VC/PE-backed scale-ups and bootstrapped businesses, he has helped build companies, navigate stalled growth, confront cultural misalignment and lead through difficult people decisions. He also knows the loneliness of standing on the leadership pedestal; expected to provide the belief and energy for everyone else, even when your own is running low.
