Growing up in a family business operation, chaos was the norm. Supper time was filled with the struggles of the day, frustrations with growth, and uncertainty for the future. It was never about the food on the table. Next thing I knew, I was the leader facing the same frustrations, but in my own companies. I thought, there has to be a better way to operate, a simplified approach to operating an entrepreneurial business. To my surprise and relief, there was EOS®!
With the experience of owning and operating multiple start-up companies and bringing them to successful sales and exits, I understand the frustrations that can arise in entrepreneurial companies. I have also experienced the freedom EOS can bring to business leaders firsthand! When I found EOS and had it professionally implemented in my companies, I finally understood what a work-life balance looked like for me. EOS allowed me to work on my company, rather than always in it, to make it more profitable than ever before, and gave the business a structure that was attractive to talented people and to prospective buyers.
I had been so amazed by how EOS transformed my business, as it has for 1,000s of others, I knew my passion was to help other entrepreneurs get what they want from their companies! Following the exits of my businesses, I became an implementer. My passion is to help business owners FINALLY get everything they want from their business and their lives!
