At the age of 26, Danny helped his dad start a financial advisory firm. They experienced the ups and downs that come with building a small, family business. In 2019, after a merger and during a time of significant turbulence, they were introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Danny served as the Integrator™ and internal EOS expert during the first two years of bringing EOS into the company. The impact was impressive and undeniable. Within six months, the team, starting with its leaders, united around a common vision and started experiencing faster growth than ever before. Over a five year period of time, the business grew from $40M in assets under management to more than $230M. EOS played a significant role in that growth. After experiencing that, Danny couldn’t think of anything more rewarding to do with his career than to help bring EOS into other businesses.
Danny loves nothing more than truth, getting to the root and making progress one step at a time.
Danny graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. He loves to read, write, think, exercise, help others and be with his family.
