I got my start scaling a financial advisory family business. While in the trenches, I saw firsthand how many entrepreneurs struggle to build both a thriving business and a fulfilling life.
Most were spinning their wheels — but I discovered something interesting: the most successful entrepreneurs, regardless of industry, relied on simple, and effective operating systems which took the guesswork out of what they needed to prioritize next. That is when I learned about EOS.
As we implemented it, everything changed. We aligned around one clear vision, attracted and kept better people, and in a matter of months everything felt easier and more focused.
But more importantly, for the first time, as business got easier, life got better.
After experiencing that transformation, I knew I wanted to help other business leaders do the same. So, for the past five years, I’ve helped over 45 companies and worked 1-1 with dozens of leadership teams — guiding them to get what they want from their business.
Which is what I love doing. I love walking alongside teams and helping them cut the stuff that’s holding them back so they ultimately get what they want from their business and their life.
