Daniel is an active entrepreneur who applies EOS in his businesses and inspires leadership teams with his insights and experiences throughout their EOS journey.
In 2004, Daniel founded his first business while studying at the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and quickly learned about the hurdles and headwinds of entrepreneurship. He learned about EOS during his involvement in an entrepreneurial accelerator program and quickly incorporated EOS into his business. He successfully worked himself out of a day-to-day job and has been guiding dozens of leadership teams on their EOS journey while still staying involved with his first company.
