For 25 years, I helped run our family business, Intermountain Auto Recycling. If you’ve ever worked in a family business—such as partnering with four brothers in the used auto parts industry—you know it’s not the easiest environment to succeed in. We had a good business, but we hit a ceiling. That’s when we brought in an EOS Implementer. Over 18 months, he worked with us and taught us tools that completely changed the way we operated, and with his help we grew it much more than I thought possible. In those 18 months we grew by more than 50%, while decreasing my day-to-day responsibilities and removing one other owner from the day-to-day.
