I was born and raised in Minneapolis, Mn. I was fortunate to be the recipient of a Division 1 Football scholarship. Of course, like many athletes, I loved the practices and game day but what truly enamored me were my coaches. I was drawn to their innate ability at affect the culture of the locker room and elicit change. I knew that when my playing career was over I wanted to coach!
As soon as I graduated a began building my coaching career in health and wellness. Over the next decade I built one of the most successful personal training businesses in the Twin Cities Metro. Ultimately, I decided it was time to open a gym. 9 months after I opened the gym the Covid-19 pandemic forced me to close the doors. Simultaneously my wife was forced to temporarily close the doors to her salon.
That is when I discovered EOS and when my passion to help people, and hold them disciplined and accountable to their goals shifted from the weight room to the board room.
