My career started in the corporate world, and while I got some great experience, I realized that I was not going to find my passion working in a large company.
So when I got the opportunity to join a high tech start up, I jumped at the chance. Even though that company was ultimately not successful, I became hooked on entrepreneurship. I have started or helped start four companies, including a fractional CFO Services firm that works with small to mid-sized businesses. It was there that I often found myself in the role of a business adviser and I loved it. I enjoyed working with entrepreneurial leaders and seeing them experience what I call “light bulb moments” related to their businesses.
Then, about 15 years ago, I was introduced to EOS and the book Traction. After reading the book, I decided to implement EOS in one of my companies that had plateaued. It ended up being a game changer. We were able to double the size of the company in less than three years and ultimately sell the business to a private equity firm for a high multiple.
As a result, I now get to do what I love, help entrepreneurs and their teams implement EOS and get what they have always wanted from their businesses.
