I’ve been a martial artist and entrepreneur since childhood. I believe martial arts—and the entrepreneurial journey—are both powerful vehicles for unlocking human potential. I opened my own school, Gracie PAC MMA, and in 2015 was gifted the book Traction. I self-implemented EOS and later sold the school to make a bigger impact by launching Grow Pro Agency, a digital marketing company serving martial arts schools.
We scaled fast—until we hit $2M and everything started breaking. Processes failed, team members quit, and I was burning out. I realized I was building a business I no longer loved. That’s when I hired a Professional EOS Implementer—and everything changed.
We grew from 200 to 600 clients, $2M to $5M in revenue, and 20 to 45 team members. More importantly, we built a healthy, accountable team that was rowing in the same direction. EOS helped me fall back in love with my business—and now I help other entrepreneurs do the same.
