I have a fairly diverse professional background.
I’ve been a small business owner myself. I owned and operated an IT consulting firm in MN that I sold before moving back to SD. I’ve also worked in extremely large companies in all sorts of leadership roles…like running IT departments and running multi-million dollar projects.
I’ve even taken professional Facilitation Training a few years ago.
So when a friend introduced me to EOS, I realized that I had basically been doing all the components of EOS for the last 15 years. For example, setting the Vision for an organization, getting Traction on that Vision and building Healthy teams.
I decided that EOS is just a natural extension of what I’m good at and what I absolutely love to do. And now I’m out here helping people get everything they want from their businesses.
