I was born and raised on a farm in Illinois and was knee-deep in hog manure for the first 22 years of my life which taught me the values of humility and being humble! As a result of my upbringing, I am a very down to earth guy that brings energy and fun into EOS sessions. That said, however, I am also very serious about helping clients get what they want from their business!
After College, I spent the next 30+ years in the Food Industry and was very fortunate to have led 4 companies ranging in size from $8M to $420M. This means I have walked in your shoes, faced your challenges, and have experienced what it takes to scale a business.
Six years ago I had an epiphany that led to developing my Core Purpose which is “helping leaders and businesses reach their full potential”. I then exited the corporate world to become an Entrepreneur as an EOS Implementer
In my role as a Certified EOS Implementer, I am especially known for utilizing strong interpersonal skills in ensuring a high level of engagement, fostering healthy challenges, and gaining alignment. The net result is better strategic decisions, high-performing teams, and sustainable, profitable growth.
