Before becoming an EOS Implementer®, I led an organization with over 150 employees in the warehousing and transportation industry. I’ve navigated the pressures of growth, acquisitions, and people challenges—and I know firsthand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed without a clear system to stay in control. That’s why EOS® resonates deeply with me. It’s a proven, practical framework that helps leaders gain clarity, build accountability, and achieve results with confidence.
