Entrepreneurship is embedded in my identity thanks to the example set by my dad. Watching him build a freight forwarding company from the ground up, I gained firsthand insight into the realities of running a business—the triumphs of growth and inevitable frustrations that come with keeping a dream alive.
These experiences profoundly shaped my professional journey. I dedicated myself to supporting entrepreneurs in their growth as a business development leader, learning invaluable lessons, not just from the victories, but also from the setbacks and frustrations, seeing opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally.
The game-changer arrived when I joined a firm that runs on EOS. More than a new job, it was a transformative experience. As a Director for five years, I joined a team with aligned in values, with a positive and purpose-driven culture. I witnessed remarkable, healthy growth as we delivered impactful people solutions to entrepreneurs.
Those celebrations and hardships fuel my passion to help entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. I am grateful to be a husband, father, and grandpa while having the exciting privilege to bring EOS to fellow entrepreneurs.
