I started a a company with friends my senior year of college providing IT services to small businesses.
We scraped and clawed our way to $5M in revenue and 30 team members – and then started to hit the ceiling. Our team craved direction and structure, and we weren’t giving it to them.
After reading all the books and learning about systems, we had trouble putting all the theory into practice. Then we found and implemented EOS®, and we were off to the races. We grew that business to $20M+ revenue and 100+ team members – we found Traction®.
Over that time, I fell out of love with IT services and in love with coaching our leadership team, and it became clear to me that’s where I should dedicate my time.
