I grew up in an entrepreneurial home. A the age of 7 I started my career selling tools out of a basement pawn shop with my Mom. After high school I spent 9 years in the corporate/retail world realizing it was not for me. In 2013 my life changed forever. I joined a team where we started experiencing exceptional growth of over 30-40% year over year. Although that growth was intentional, it left us trying to systemize the growth we were experiencing. We tried everything… We tried so many things, we realized that nothing was speaking to each other and we needed a complete system.
In 2018 we adopted EOS and I fell in love with the Proven Process. We then established a Vision of where we were going and how we were going to get there. We gained Traction as we started being disciplined and held accountable to that Vision. We were able to then become a Healthy team, truly loving each other like family and enjoying our work environment.
Once I experienced that personally I knew I had to help other Businesses with the same system in order to help them live their ideal lives both at work and at home.
