Jag har alltid haft en passion för att bygga bolag och i mer än 10år drivit eget bolag för att hjälpa entrepenörer och ledare. På senare år har det blivit tydligt att det inte räcker med enskilda verktyg för att bygga bra och skalbara bolag, det behövs ett system av enkla, praktiska verktyg som håller ihop allt. Som ett spelsystem för ledningen med tydlig koppling mellan Vision, Traction (exekveringen) och hälsosamma ledningsteam.
Nu 2,5 år senare och efter mer än 70 sessioner med ledningsteam i Sverige är det så tydligt att jag hittat min passion. Att hjälpa er få ut mer av era bolag och leva bättre liv som entreprenörer och ledare.

I have always been passionate about building companies and learning tools that make it easier. In 2012 I started my own company to help other entrepreneurs and leaders and all those experiences led me into more and more exciting journeys.
During 2022, however, I reached a point where I felt that there must be more I can do: What do the best companies in the world do? I found that a crucial factor was that tools like scorecards and delegations where not enough – a system is needed to tie Vision, Traction and Healthy leadership. Looking at multiple systems, I read the book Traction and talked to companies running on EOS and instantly it was clear to me.
Now over 2,5 years later, I have delivered over 70 sessions to leadership teams in Sweden and this is my passion: Helping you get more out of your business and your life
