Cris is a serial entrepreneur.

In the last 30 years he’s built businesses in the Cold Chain Industry, Food Distribution, Big Data/ Ai/ ML, Training & Devt., Solar Energy and Digital Platforms.

A common challenge is to find a tool or process that can allow you to SCALE FAST with LEAST RESISTANCE. While in EO Phils in 2013 he discovered and implemented EOS. And created passionate and abundance mindset leaders that are empowered and responsible. Helping him to be on the business and have the time to pursue more passion projects.

Since then, he’s coached entrepreneurs in startups, SMEs, large companies in taking their enterprises and leadership teams from 0 to millions and beyond. He’s coached managers and leaders in becoming CFOs, CEOs and created a sustainable and exponential performing teams.
