I’m a Professional EOS® Implementer, construction leadership coach, and former COO of a multifamily construction company. I know the chaos — unpredictable jobs, disconnected teams, cash bleed, field fires that never stop.
At that company, we implemented EOS®. It changed the game. But I also learned something most EOS Implementers don’t realize: If you don’t understand construction, it’s hard to get EOS to “stick” in the field.
That’s why I love working with GCs, trade contractors, and construction leaders. I bring a no-fluff, field-tested approach — teaching the EOS tools with job costing know-how, boots-on-the-ground systems thinking, and leadership forged in the chaos of real projects.
