I’m a successful entrepreneur, Air Force veteran, and recently retired Deloitte Consulting Managing Director with 30+ years of leadership, strategy, and emerging technology experience serving both private and public companies. Over the past 40 years, I’ve built and run businesses in construction, real estate, automotive, and technology — including a dot-com era start-up that was later taken public. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I understand the challenges business leaders face as they balance growth, people, and long-term goals.
I served as Technology Leader in Deloitte Private, where I created their Mid-Market Technology Survey to track how private companies invest in growth and innovation. I also helped grow Deloitte’s US Private Company business from $300M to $4.5B. This business was designed to serve privately held, family-owned, and PE/VC-backed companies. In my final role, I helped launch Converge Industry, Deloitte’s software and AI platform business born from a $750M board investment.
This means I bring not just theory, but practical insight into how to spot trends, simplify complexity, and execute strategies that work in the real world. At this stage of life, I’m focused on helping diverse, growth-oriented companies in the 10–250 employee range scale to the next level, prepare for transition, or simply regain clarity and balance in their lives with EOS.
