Whether in business or in life, I start with the end in mind and then build the steps to get there. As an EOS Implementer we start by asking what do you want from your business and then we work together to put the steps in place to help you achieve that goal.
Soon after starting my career in Finance and Accounting, I soon discovered that what I love doing is helping entrepreneurs organize, scale and grow their businesses. I joined that experience with an MBA in New Venture Management (Entrepreneurship). I then established a fractional CFO firm specializing on small and medium sized businesses. It was here that I discovered the power of EOS to help business leaders establish vision, gain traction and help leadership teams get healthy.
Chris has led and facilitated the growth that EOS provides. The range includes a 200k company doubling in size, a 1.9M company growing to 10M over 4 years and another growing from 109M to 240M over 5 years. He will help you get what you want from your business.
