I’ve spent over 25 years running and managing small businesses. I also have seven years of experience owning and operating a franchise business. Most recently, I served as Chief Operating Officer for a family of companies that together brought in over $25 million. Over the years, I’ve faced every challenge and frustration that comes with running a business. When we implemented EOS, everything clicked—finally, I had a tool to bring order to the chaos.
