I’ve spent over 25 years running and managing small businesses. I also have seven years of experience owning and operating a franchise. Most recently, I served as Chief Operating Officer for a family seven growing, vertically-integrated companies. During all of this time, I’ve faced just about every challenge and frustration that comes with running a business. Then we were introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). We implemented EOS into our business, and the light came on for us. It created accountability, it improved communication, and we became much more disciplined as an organization. Our leadership team gained confidence and clarity, and became much more aligned. It was truly a game-changer for us. At my heart, going back to my younger days as a youth leader, teacher, and coach, I’ve always loved supporting, encouraging, and helping others become better, and EOS offered me a way to turn that passion into a career. I bring my real-world experience as a business leader into every session I lead. I experienced first-hand how impactful EOS can be for a business, and now I have the privilege of helping leadership teams implement this system and experience the same type of break-through that we did.
