About

I am a retired Navy Captain who spent 25 years building high performing teams that thrived in fast paced and challenging environments. My greatest accomplishment is seeing those that I helped train and coach achieve their personal and professional goals.

As a C-Suite leader I led three different startup companies from 10 – 100 employees and have consulted with a diverse set of commercial and government clients. I have also served on the Board of a startup who was hitting their growth phase with all the excitement and stress that come with it. When I speak about the challenges of small business, it comes from personal experience with the scars to prove it!

I am a husband and a father, and in my spare time I enjoy cooking, wine, and gardening.
