I started my career as a teacher, and in a way, I never stopped. After leaving the classroom, I made the leap into commercial real estate and spent 15 years working in and running entrepreneurial businesses. As Integrator/CEO of my last company, I helped grow our team from 5 to 30 people in about 18 months, which was both exhilarating and terrifying. We needed to get our arms around our business, and that’s when we discovered Traction. Implementing EOS was so transformational that our Visionary/owner was able to step out of the day-to-day entirely.
That experience lit a fire in me. I wanted to share EOS with every business owner who would listen, and in 2019 I exited the business to combine my two passions, teaching and business, as a full-time EOS Implementer.
Since then I’ve facilitated more than 450 full-day sessions with leadership teams, and I’m part of EOS Worldwide’s Coaching Leadership team, where I coach and train other EOS Implementers. My clients tell me they love the accountability, energy and fun I bring to the room. I believe great businesses start with great leadership, and that people are what make it all work.
