About

I am a Certified EOS Implementer and Coach for EOS Worldwide, passionate about working with Visionaries and their leadership teams to clarify their vision, experience traction and foster healthier teams. Since becoming professionally trained as an EOS Implementer, I have conducted over 400 EOS sessions for my clients. My clients love the accountability, energy and fun I bring when facilitating sessions.

I began my professional career as a teacher, but politics and bureaucracy drove me to make my entrepreneurial leap into commercial real estate. I spent the next 15 years working in and running small-medium sized entrepreneurial businesses, where I first discovered EOS and Traction in 2014. My enthusiasm fueled my desire to share this amazing system with friends and colleagues; finally exiting my business in 2019 to combine my two passions of teaching and business as a full time EOS Implementer. Always an entrepreneur, I am the creator and founder of the Perfect Planner and am deeply passionate about personal growth and development.
