I was doing Executive Coaching helping build and develop the leadership skills of Business Owners and their key leaders of their organization. I was making a difference and truly having impact, but something was missing. I helped them grow in self-leadership, and team leadership, but I needed it to trickle down into company leadership! That is where EOS comes in. I am now an EOS Implementer and passionate about developing and empowering leadership teams of different companies to create stronger alignment and accountability! As a result, there is a triple win: the leader wins, the leadership team wins, and the company wins! By win I mean they get greater freedom, flexibility and finally get control back of their lives!
