Charley comes from many generations of successful entrepreneurs. Charley began his career in finance and was later promoted to President/CEO of Carolina Finance and led the company for over 7 years. He has experienced tremendous success that comes with growing a company in both challenging times as well as strong economic periods. At the same time, he has felt the pain and that results from the additional complexity that growth brings while industry and economic trends evolve.
As a Certified EOS Implementer, Charley will serve in many roles: Teacher, Facilitator and Coach. He has a way of setting the appropriate context to facilitate what needs to be worked out with each unique leadership team. Having someone talented from outside your organization offers the most direct way toward achieving your desired vision and to get the most out of your organization through solid execution. Charley will be able to see things and/or bring out things that most organizations cannot do internally.
Charley is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He resides in Asheville, NC with his wife and daughter.
