My work life started as an engineer with a Fortune 100 company, where I got a foundation in manufacturing and leadership through both stateside and international assignments. I then followed my entrepreneurial spirit and took on a family business, which we scaled 10X in 4 years. I’ve since led Operations and Marketing & Sales Teams and served on the leadership team of a company that implemented EOS.
I bring a warm, magnetic energy that helps people open up, think clearly, and move forward with confidence. My engineer-trained brain is balanced with strong emotional intelligence—I can help you drive to root cause, but also read a room in a heartbeat. I make sure we find joy in getting this incredibly impactful work done for you and your team. If asked about my superpower, I would say people connection.
