Carmen has robust experience in building and selling small businesses throughout her career. She started as an entrepreneur at a young age and at 24 owned and operated a small chain of hair salons. She grew and scaled them to be an industry leader in retention, revenue, and profitability. After developing her leadership team she sold them to existing members on her team.
Being young she tried her hand at corporate America, after 12 years she grew tired of traveling around the world and working for others she decided to give her time and talent to her own construction company with her husband.
They grew their business in 9 years to 150 people and hit the ceiling. She realized that many of the individuals that were with them in the beginning were not the right people to take them to the next level. They decided to implement EOS. They saw 35% increase in revenues and double digit growth to the bottom line. After multiple offers and a strong EBITDA they took an exit strategy and partnered with an PE Firm. In that moment Carmen decided to dedicate her life to helping other entrepreneurs achieve similar success and become an EOS Implementer.
