About

I was born in New York and studied geophysics at university. After a short period of time working for a major oil company in Texas, I decided to switch careers and write software in California.

In 2009, I started my first business because I was tired of watching bad systems drive good people to fail. My goal was to give tech teams and tech leaders the tools and processes to improve focus, visibility and accountability. During this time, I worked with some of the most well-known Silicon Valley companies.

With over seventeen years of entrepreneurial experience, I have navigated the operational challenges founders face as they grow their business. I use my Silicon Valley experience to help growth-oriented, high-tech companies stop firefighting and build a scalable, profitable business.

My approach to EOS is both pragmatic and empathetic. I will help your leadership team become 100% aligned on where you are going and how you plan to get there. Together, we will develop the discipline that will reignite your growth engine and give you back your freedom.

As a thought leader, I have spoken at over sixty international events about team performance, software quality, innovation and product management. I have also written a short guidebook to help software teams ship great products. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.

In 2017, I emigrated from the United States to Portugal. Today, I live in Lisbon with my family and an energetic Boston Terrier named Bruno.
