I’m Carlos.
With 25+ years of experience, I’ve helped leaders (myself included) build better businesses. I’ve been on both sides of the street: driving growth in Fortune 500-style corporations and running my own ventures. I know what it’s like to scale without a playbook and how structure and accountability can unlock real growth. Now, as a Professional EOS Implementer, I help leadership teams do just that using a simple, proven system.
