Carlie is passionate about building great teams.
This passion was ignited at her first employment- Chick-fil-A where continuous improvement, stewardship, and excellence were the minimum standards. She became one of those 15 year olds who drank the koolaide and said “my pleasure” even when she was not at work.
Over nearly 10 years and through multiple promotions, she eventually became the Director of Operations for a franchise and then later traveling to Grand Open newly established franchised locations.
Later, when the entrepreneurial bug had bitten her, she carried all of this learning and passion into her very own coaching company Remarkable People Solutions. For 7 years, she and her team coached over 100 visionaries and their leadership teams, focusing on maximizing retention and sales and profit.
Despite everything she knew, the RPS coaching system had holes. But then one of her clients introduced her to EOS and it was a light bulb moment. It filled all of the gaps. It was a complete system so compelling, she exited Remarkable People Solutions and became an EOS implementer to help entrepreneurs get a grip on their business.
