One thing that makes my story a little unusual is that, on one hand, I’ve spent significant time serving as a pastor in the evangelical church. On the other hand, I’ve also worked as a consultant in the beer industry.
(It probably only works because I’m from Colorado ☺)
Across both arenas, I’ve found deep fulfillment in helping organizations massively grow, evolve, and succeed. Whether it was helping a church become the fastest growing church in America, or helping beverage distributors realize returns with a significant ROI multiplier.
But I’ve also faced the hard realities of leadership, from inheriting one of the most toxic staff culture scores in the industry, along with millions in debt, and watching an entire industry shift during a recession and global pandemic.
Still, no matter the environment, I’ve always had a passion for cutting through the chaos, leading through change management, and – most importantly – helping teams become more productive, grow stronger, and get healthier.
That’s what drives me today: helping leaders find deeper purpose in how they lead and better steward the people, time, and resources entrusted to them.
