After 5 years of sitting in the leadership seat of an EOS run business I am using the knowledge, passion and real life experience as a Professional EOS Implementer® based in Columbus, Ohio, serving entrepreneurial leadership teams throughout Central and Northwest Ohio and beyond. Before becoming an EOS Implementer, I spent more than 25 years leading people and operations, much of it in manufacturing across multiple industries.

My background in operational excellence and leadership taught me something important: great businesses don’t usually struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because they lack clarity, alignment, accountability and disciplined execution.

I work especially well with founder-led and privately held businesses that have experienced success but know that what got them here may not get them where they want to go next. Many of the leadership teams I work with are growing, adding complexity, struggling with accountability, or finding that too much still depends on the owner or a few key leaders.

My style in the room is direct, practical and focused on helping leadership teams tell the truth, solve the real issues and take ownership of the business. I bring an operator’s perspective not just a coaching perspective to the EOS Process®.
