From his very first business venture at age 12 — designing placemats for a local diner from his bedroom — Brian has always had an entrepreneurial spark. Over the years, that spark grew into a lifelong passion for building and leading businesses, from small teams of seven to organizations of more than 170 employees across multiple industries.

But along the way, Brian faced a familiar challenge: how to build exceptional teams and lead with purpose. That search for wisdom led him to join C12, a peer group for Christian business owners, in 2012. Surrounded by over 30 accomplished leaders, and grounded in his faith, Brian gained invaluable insights — and the results spoke for themselves. His team tripled revenue while maintaining a remarkable 20% profit margin. More importantly, he discovered a deeper calling: not just to build better businesses, but to serve and support other leaders walking the same path — leaders who wanted their companies to reflect their values as much as their vision.

Today, Brian brings that passion to his work as an Expert EOS Implementer, serving entrepreneurial leadership teams across Central Pennsylvania — from Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg to York and Lancaster County. With more than 800 session days of experience, his mission is simple yet profound — to help business leaders gain clarity, traction, and freedom so they can lead well and live with purpose in work, family, and faith.
