Brett grew up in an entrepreneurial family where if something wasn’t working, you fixed it. That mindset shaped her career, from marketing and business development in the family business to working with hundreds of entrepreneurs at Strategic Coach.

That’s where she discovered EOS and saw what it can do when it’s implemented purely. She’s been helping leadership teams implement it ever since.
