I think that you help us get "unstuck" by simply calling us out on not making progress, or by introducing possibilities for thinking that wouldn't be in the room without you there. You facilitate - make it easier to get where we're trying to go in our meetings.

I wish that I had implemented EOS earlier with your guidance. My business would have been stronger faster, my life would have been less stressful and my employees would have been happier. I got the Traction book and read it. I thought I could implement it myself.... I can tell you from trying it both ways, working with you to help us correctly implement EOS was, and remains worth it.
